Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, and we follow the UPS shipping guarantees. We will not ship to a PO Box. We will endeavor to get your order shipped within 3 business days, or we will contact you. For international shipments, we will contact you with options.
Returns Policy
There is a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless we made an error in filling your order. We do not accept returns on special or custom orders, nor on closeout items. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund or exchange it. If you have any questions about your order once received, please contact us immediately.
To receive a full credit, refund, or exchange, the following rules apply:
- Contact us for an exchange authorization
- Send returns within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise
- Include a copy of the original invoice and an explanation of the problem
- Return the merchandise in the original packaging and the original condition. Merchandise that has been used or altered is not returnable for credit unless defective
- Pack the goods in a box or heavily padded mailer. Goods damaged in return shipping will not be accepted
